About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and analytical intern to support large-scale 2026 enterprise initiatives within the EPMO and Strategy teams. This role will contribute to high-impact projects such as piloting new products and services, advancing automation initiatives, supporting AI implementation efforts, and assisting with HQ Priority Seating and facility improvement projects.
The intern will play a key role in supporting automation, process improvement, and analytical phases of strategic initiatives—helping reduce the burden on business units by taking ownership of defined project tasks. This position is ideal for someone who can objectively assess data, identify trends, and develop recommendations while maintaining a broad, enterprise-level perspective beyond day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities will include assisting with process assessments and improvement recommendations, eliciting and documenting business requirements for new systems and applications, supporting system and business testing efforts, and contributing to organizational change management planning. This internship offers hands-on exposure to enterprise project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing current processes and developing recommendations for improvements
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives through research, analysis, and documentation
• Elicit, gather, and document business requirements for new systems, applications, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with business and technology teams to support system and user acceptance testing efforts
• Help track project tasks and deliverables to support enterprise project timelines
• Contribute input and recommendations to organizational change management plans
• Analyze and present data to support informed decision-making and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization
• Gain hands-on experience in enterprise project management and strategic initiative execution
