About The Position
In this role you will be working in a business operations support role for the EPMO. Responsibilities can range from SME support of the Demand and Project modules within ServiceNow, training, ServiceNow and Power BI report creation, complex data analysis and reporting, Microsoft Office template management, process flow documentation, and other similar EPMO department responsibilities. This is distinct from a project coordinator role in that you will not routinely be engaged in direct project work but work that supports the ongoing operations of the EPMO.
