Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. The Work: Support delivery of Oracle EPM Planning implementations across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Configure Planning modules, including forms, rules, calculations, approval workflows, and reporting, based on defined business processes. Assist in building driver-based models, forecasting logic, and planning structures across FP&A, Workforce, Capex, and operational planning use cases. Support integrations between Planning and ERP/EPM systems, ensuring accurate data mapping, metadata alignment, and load automation. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and functional teams to clarify requirements and contribute to solution design discussions. Hands-on experience using Groovy scripting to build or enhance Planning rules, validations, and automation Prepare documentation, testing artifacts, and post-go-live support materials, ensuring quality and consistency. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing, asset development, and continuous learning initiatives within the EPM practice. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Oracle EPM experience with minimum of 2 years hands-on expertise in Planning configuration (forms, rules, business logic, workflows, and reporting).
  • Minimum of 2 years supporting Planning integrations with ERP, data platforms, or other EPM modules (FCC, PCM/EPCM, ARCS, EDM).
  • Minimum of 2 years participating in requirements workshops, testing cycles, or client review sessions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, ideally within a professional services or systems integration environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • You have hands-on experience with Workforce, Capex, or Project Planning modules.
  • You have experience using Groovy, Calculation Manager, or EPM Automate.
  • You have exposure to predictive planning or scenario modeling.
  • You have contributed to planning solution design discussions or helped troubleshoot integrations.
  • You hold an Oracle Planning Cloud certification.
