You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. The Work: Lead client-facing workshops to define planning, forecasting, and budgeting requirements across Finance and operational stakeholders. Manage Oracle EPM Planning workstreams, overseeing design, build, test, and deployment activities while ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met. Architect driver-based models, forecasting processes, Workforce and Capex models, and scenario frameworks aligned with industry leading practices. Integrate Planning with ERP, EPM, and reporting/analytics platforms to enable connected planning and consistent data flow. Provide hands-on functional guidance and mentoring to project teams, ensuring consistent delivery quality and solution alignment. Hands-on experience using Groovy scripting to build or enhance Planning rules, validations, and automation. Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, demos, and proposal development for Planning and cross-EPM opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on planning best practices, modeling approaches, and enterprise-wide forecasting strategies. Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, templates, accelerators, and participation in internal capability-building. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of Oracle EPM delivery experience with minimum of 4 years hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Planning (FP&A, Workforce, Capex, Projects, Freeform, or scenario modeling).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing driver-based models, forecasting solutions, and enterprise planning frameworks.
  • Minimum of 4 years integrating Planning with ERP, data platforms, and other EPM modules (FCC, PCM/EPCM, ARCS, EDM).
  • Minimum of 4 years consulting experience in a professional services or systems integration environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading client-facing design sessions and managing delivery teams or workstreams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • You have hands-on experience with Workforce, Capex, or Project Planning specialty modules.
  • You have experience with predictive planning, scenario modeling, or machine-learning-enabled forecasting.
  • You have supported pre-sales efforts or contributed to thought leadership around planning transformations.
  • You have expertise across additional Oracle EPM modules (FCC, PCM/EPCM, ARCS, EDM).
  • You hold an Oracle EPM Planning Cloud certification.
