About The Position

The Epitaxy Operator will work closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams to operate CVD equipment, wafer processing, and wafer characterization tools. Responsibilities include preparing and loading semiconductor wafers; operating epitaxy equipment; checking system status; safety monitoring; and operating materials characterization equipment.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience with semiconductor fabrication and/or material deposition processes
