About The Position

The Epitaxy Operator will work closely with the R&D and manufacturing teams to operate CVD equipment, wafer processing, and wafer characterization tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with semiconductor fabrication and/or material deposition processes
• The ability to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety requirements
• The ability to work in a highly motivated team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing and loading semiconductor wafers
• Operating epitaxy equipment
• Checking system status
• Safety monitoring
• Operating materials characterization equipment
