This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure effective use of the Epicor system.

Requirements

• Epicor certification or relevant training is a plus.
• More than three years of recent hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Deep inventory management experience.
• Job costing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM systems and building campaigns.
• Experience in loading master and transactional data for pilots and cutover.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Epicor Kinetic to manage and optimize business processes.
• Load and unload data using DMT for pilots and cutover.
• Forecast educational needs based on user skill levels and current state.
• Support the implementation of ERP systems including GL, AP, AR, and Job Management.
• Assist in building CRM campaigns and managing task sets and quotes.
