About The Position
The Epicor Prophet 21 Implementation Consultant is a pivotal role within our consulting team. You will be responsible for guiding our clients through the entire lifecycle of their Prophet 21 implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects. Your role will involve gaining a deep understanding of our clients' business needs, configuring and customizing the system, training users, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new solution. This position can be 100% remote from Canada or the USA, but travel may be considered.
