About The Position
East West is looking to add a talented and enthusiastic Epicor Specialist to our team. This role involves designing, customizing, and deploying EPICOR ERP solutions based on business needs, with a focus on operational best practices in new business implementations. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for operational process improvements and efficiencies using Epicor Kinetic functionalities, document operational processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth outcomes and provide excellent customer experience. Additionally, the role includes administering and supporting the Epicor ERP system, conducting system upgrades, providing training to users, and staying updated on Epicor best practices.
