CodaBears, Inc. is seeking a motivated and intelligent Epicor ERP Field Consultant to join our team in Bloomingdale, IL. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting, implementing, training, and customizing the Epicor ERP system for our clients. Your expertise in Epicor will be invaluable as you help educate clients on how to effectively utilize the system, build customizations, and generate reports that streamline their operations. This role offers a unique blend of remote work and on-site client interactions, allowing you to collaborate closely with client teams to tailor the Epicor ERP system to their specific needs. As an Epicor ERP Field Consultant, you will be responsible for training client staff in preparation for their go-live, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the software. You will also document client processes, providing them with comprehensive materials that support their workflows and decisions. When customization or reporting needs arise, you will work alongside our spirited team at the main office to deliver the necessary solutions, ensuring a successful implementation and ongoing support for our clients.
