About The Position

ERP Data Analyst (Epicor) On-site in Phoenix, AZ Target salary range: $85,000 - $115,000.00 Responsibilities: ERP System & Data Integrity Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) data structures, tables, and business processes Maintain and monitor data integrity across Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Engineering modules Support ERP transactions including work orders, routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), labor reporting, inventory, purchasing, and costing Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies through structured root cause analysis Reporting & Analytics Develop, automate, and maintain Epicor BAQs (Business Activity Queries), dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports Generate operational, financial, and executive-level reporting Analyze key manufacturing metrics including production performance, scrap, rework, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery Support ad hoc reporting and detailed analytical reviews for leadership Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Translate business requirements into ERP data solutions and analytical outputs Support continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and performance metrics Assist with ERP upgrades, enhancements, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Compliance & Audit Support Ensure ERP data supports aerospace compliance standards such as AS9100, ITAR, and DFARS Develop and maintain documentation for data standards, reporting logic, and ERP workflows Provide accurate, traceable ERP data for internal and external audits Qualifications: Federal Law requires U.S. Citizenship Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) data analysis experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including work orders, BOMs, routings, inventory control, and labor tracking Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) Experience building BAQs, dashboards, and reports within Epicor Preferred Qualifications: Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSRS, or similar BI tools Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system upgrades Understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing KPIs Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, or government contract reporting Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer What to Expect Moseley Technical Services, Inc. Requirements

  • Federal Law requires U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) data analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including work orders, BOMs, routings, inventory control, and labor tracking
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
  • Experience building BAQs, dashboards, and reports within Epicor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSRS, or similar BI tools
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system upgrades
  • Understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing KPIs
  • Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, or government contract reporting

Responsibilities
