About The Position

The Willow Analyst-designs, builds, and supports Epic EHR and pharmacy systems, partnering with IT and pharmacy teams to optimize workflows, automation, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Epic Willow Inpatient Certified
• 3–6 years of Analyst experience
• Strong knowledge of inpatient and clinic pharmacy workflows
• Epic build, testing, and integration experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Epic pharmacy and EHR functionality
• Analyze pharmacy workflows and translate operational needs into system solutions
• Identify and implement new Epic functionality and optimize existing workflows
• Coordinate cross‑application testing and impact analysis
• Develop downtime processes, documentation, and configuration standards
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with change management, HIPAA, and pharmacy regulations
