About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to join our client's team and support the implementation and optimization of Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows. This role is critical as they install Willow for multiple hospitals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Willow Ambulatory installs and a strong understanding of outpatient pharmacy workflows.

• Assist with specialty pharmacy workflows and Compass Rose
• Inventory management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Epic Willow Ambulatory build and configuration for new implementations.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful installs and workflow optimization.
• Manage requests for existing Willow Ambulatory work and enhancements.
• Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-live support.
• Provide subject matter expertise for outpatient pharmacy processes within Epic.
