About The Position
We are looking for a dynamic Epic Trainer to deliver engaging training programs and support end-user adoption of Epic systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring users are confident and proficient in their workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Epic training or related experience
- Epic credentialed trainer (CT) or certification preferred
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience creating training content and materials
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt teaching styles
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual Epic training sessions to end users
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and job aids
- Assess training needs and tailor content to different user groups
- Provide go-live and post-go-live support
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Support system updates by revising training materials accordingly
- Serve as a liaison between end users and application teams
