The position involves developing role-based training content for Grand Central, Prelude, and Cadence application end-users, either independently or collaboratively with team members, utilizing various software programs, tools, and applications. The role requires reviewing and updating the Learning Management System (LMS) to assign content, verify assignment completion, and upload or update learning content developed. Collaboration with Application Analysts, Super Users, and project teams is essential for the development of the training program and system configuration. The trainer will design, develop, and maintain instructional materials, including lesson plans, PowerPoints, quick start guides, tips sheets, recorded sessions, and interactive self-guided modules. Feedback incorporation, understanding workflows and system configurations, and consulting with subject matter experts are key responsibilities. The trainer will also be responsible for building and testing training environments, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and co-facilitating classroom instruction with other Principal Trainers. Preparation of training lessons, printing materials, and setting up the training room prior to sessions is required. The trainer will present information clearly, follow up with trainees for additional support, serve as an expert educator, train additional classroom trainers, and manage projects by prioritizing tasks and adhering to timelines. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
