About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for a contract position focused on leading complex, large scale Epic implementation and/or upgrade projects. The role requires a proven track record in managing the scope, cost, schedule, and quality of projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with business leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, large scale Epic implementation and/or upgrade projects.
• Experience using Epic resources and tools - Orion, Galaxy, Nova, and Sherlock.
• Ability to manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans and documentation.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite, specifically MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large scale Epic implementation and/or upgrade projects.
• Use Epic resources and tools such as Orion, Galaxy, Nova, and Sherlock to coordinate project activities.
• Manage the scope, cost, schedule, and quality of the project.
• Develop and maintain project plans and documentation including charter, requirements, project timelines/schedules, communication, risk, and change management plans.
• Work with resource managers to ensure resource availability and manage allocated resources across project priorities.
• Evaluate project progress regularly and prioritize dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Communicate effectively with business leaders to drive informed decision making.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure timely delivery.
