The Epic Tapestry Certified Consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing existing software applications within a healthcare setting. This role involves designing, building, testing, and supporting new applications and modules, specifically focusing on the Tapestry and Benefits Engine applications. The consultant will work under the direction of an Application Manager and must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, while collaborating with business owners and vendors to recommend solutions to complex problems.
