About The Position

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience in leading teams and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects under deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of HL7 concepts in a healthcare applications environment.
  • 5+ years in clinical, revenue cycle, business, or technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Understand facility department processes and assess workflows.
  • Identify gaps and define changes for new solutions.
  • Design, build, and configure modules and supporting applications.
  • Create test scripts for end-to-end workflow testing.
  • Lead cross-functional projects using project management skills.
  • Communicate project status and issues effectively.
  • Participate in and lead meetings, reporting updates to management.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
