SUMMARY: Works closely with management and analysts to develop and maintain the training program for the roles in their application. Training & Develop Coord (Principle Trainer) must have a solid understanding of operational practices relevant to their applications that may include clinical documentation, orders, scheduling, patient-clinic communications, result routing, charge entry, coding, claims processing, and patient billing. Training & Develop Coordinators will create and coordinate the schedule of training for each user, Develop and implement the training, and ensure that all users who need to be trained on the system are trained prior to gaining access to the system.
