About The Position

The Opportunity As part of the Operations Consulting team, you will oversee program delivery across the Epic payer implementation lifecycle, securing scope, schedule, and budget targets are met. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while securing project success and maintaining exemplary standards. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage with clients at various levels, driving operational improvements and enhancing healthcare technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in Epic platform implementation
- At least one active Epic certification
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree preferred
- Epic Tapestry Administration certification preferred
- Managing Epic platform implementation lifecycle
- Overseeing release and migration programs
- Driving platform optimization and operational improvement
- Communicating complex concepts to executive stakeholders
- Leading multi-disciplinary project teams
- Mentoring team members on technical subject matter
- Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 environment
