This job offers a primarily remote work structure with on-site work required as dictated by the needs of the job. We are seeking a highly motivated EPIC Optimization Program Manager to join our Community Practice team. The EPIC Optimization Program Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for optimizing clinical and operational workflows through the effective use of Epic. This role bridges the gap between clinical operations and IT, ensuring that informatics solutions align with organizational goals, enhance patient care, and improve provider efficiency. The Program Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Medical Informatics to lead a dyad model that integrates both clinical and operational perspectives. The EPIC Optimization Program Manager will serve as a liaison between CU leadership and UCHealth IT administration, helping to navigate existing challenges as well as partnering to develop new workflows. They will lead the CU SOM Epic Optimization (EOT) team to ensure all clinics and support staff are adequately supported.
