About The Position

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Availability to commit to the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Epic implementation team with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities related to the software rollout.
• Serve as the proctor for Epic certification exams, ensuring the integrity of the testing process by maintaining compliance with guidelines and procedures.
• Help manage task assignments, track deadlines, and communicate progress to team members.
• Assist in compiling documentation for training materials, system configurations, and project updates.
• Work closely with analysts, trainers, and stakeholders to support implementation goals.
• Actively participate in training sessions to understand Epic modules and how they are applied in the hospital setting.
