About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing and supporting Epic applications. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Epic Certifications: Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, Ambulatory, Cognitive Computing Models badge
  • 5+ years progressive experience in Epic application development including Optimization, Implementation and Production Support
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of optimization/project implementation including leading/facilitating meetings, time management, analyst build, testing, implementation, cross application team engagement
  • Proven ability and troubleshooting skills ensuring production support work is completed in a timely manner adhering to defined account SLAs
  • Experience in being a liaison with business operational leaders at all levels including directors
  • Strong experience with developing Epic reports, Health Maintenance topics, CMS requirements and reporting, Quality Measures and Metrics
  • Strong experience in Cognitive Computing models and RME
  • Strong documentation skills that include workflows, test scripts and tip sheets
  • Willingness to travel onsite to Providence Rhode Island as needed for onsite support, upgrades or meetings as needed (<10%)
  • Be available for On Call rotation with application team

Nice To Haves

  • Cogito - Epic Certification is a plus
  • Service Now incident, change and project management a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of Epic optimization and implementation projects, including meetings, timelines, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution of issues in adherence to SLAs.
  • Serve as a liaison with operational leaders at all levels, including directors.
  • Develop Epic reports, Health Maintenance topics, CMS reporting, Quality Measures, and Metrics.
  • Work with Cognitive Computing models and RME to enhance system capabilities.
  • Create detailed documentation, including workflows, test scripts, and tip sheets.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and travel onsite (<10%) for upgrades, support, or meetings.
