About The Position

The Healthcare Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst/Developer at CVS Health is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making in the healthcare sector. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze healthcare data, and create insightful reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, healthcare systems, and BI tools, particularly with EPIC Clarity Module experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• 3+ years Healthcare Managed Care experience.
• MUST have experience with EPIC Clarity Module experience. Cognito or Caboodle is a plus.
• Must have proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ETL processes and data integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and quality checks.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI tools and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of data warehouses and data marts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI solutions and data sources.
• Create and maintain documentation for BI processes and solutions.
