About The Position

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare technology? We're seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst - Radiant/Cupid to join our Epic Clinical Applications team. In this role, you'll help shape the future of patient care by developing, implementing, and supporting Epic EHR applications that drive efficiency, safety, and innovation across our health system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive healthcare experience, ideally in hospital or large medical center settings.
  • Strong background in clinical systems, workflows, and healthcare operations (radiology and interventional cardiology experience highly valued).
  • Hands-on Epic experience preferred; Radiant/Cupid certification required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
  • Familiarity with healthcare support areas such as billing, scheduling, HIM, and access services.
  • Advanced skills in SAS, JMP, or other statistical tools a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Epic applications, healthcare IT systems, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, TJC, Meaningful Use).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design, configure, and optimize clinical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to lead meetings, train staff, and build collaborative partnerships.
  • Project management expertise with proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Hybrid remote schedule with flexibility (must live within reasonable driving distance of Hagerstown, MD).

Responsibilities

  • Design & Build: Configure Epic Radiant and Cupid applications, develop workflows, and create system components that improve clinical operations.
  • Collaborate: Partner with clinicians, business leaders, and IT teams to translate real-world needs into effective EHR functionality.
  • Train & Support: Provide hands-on training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure staff success and system reliability.
  • Problem-Solve: Analyze procedures, identify issues, and recommend solutions that enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
  • Lead Projects: Contribute to system implementations, testing, and 24/7 support while managing priorities and deadlines.
