About The Position

The Director - System Applications is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling Information Technology enterprise application functions and the activities of personnel engaged in the provision of such services. This position will oversee Epic Business, Business Applications, and the Ancillary Applications team. WORK LOCATION: Will be required to work 100% onsite at corporate headquarters in Wausau 5 (five) days per week with occasional travel to other locations. This a requirement that is non-negotiable. Must be willing to relocate if not local.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare IT is standard, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with EMR ( Epic preferred ), ERP, Imaging, CRM, Automation and AI solutions
• Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and to oversee and direct work of assigned subordinates
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with a team environment.
• Thorough knowledge of operational processes and process improvement beneficial
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required
