About The Position

Baptist Health is looking to add a Clinical/EHR Application Clinical Doc Team Lead in at Baptist IT Center. This is a Full Time opportunity. As a Clinical/EHR Application Clinical Doc Team Lead, you will be responsible for: Plans, analyzes, designs, implements, tests and maintains Clinical/EHR software applications. Interfaces with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems, develops and modifies procedures to solve data processing problems and prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written. Coordinates implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of complex workflows with multiple modules. Utilize deep understanding of the technical components of all modules to maintain system integrity. Requires full knowledge of the concepts and practices within a professional discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Provides guidance to others on challenging technical matters within the discipline. Leads project work within own team and perhaps on behalf of the larger department. May coordinate work within the team or broader department on a regular basis. Contributes to departmental operating plans. May have some formal people management responsibilities. Certification Note: Should the role require epic certification, 3 certification testing opportunities will be provided to obtain/remain in position. Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience Required
• Certified - EPIC Required
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
