About The Position
Inova Epic Training is looking for a dedicated Epic Credentialed Trainer - ClinDoc to join the Team. This hybrid role will be full-time with a schedule that may vary based on business needs, including evenings, nights, or weekends. The Epic Credentialed Trainer - ClinDoc supports EPIC 'go-live' support activities by providing classroom training to end users of assigned applications using the curriculum, lessons and training materials provided by the organization's principal trainers. Administers the proficiency assessment and evaluation processes. Oversees classroom logistics such as set-up, materials, supplies and equipment. Collaborates with principal trainers to provide feedback on additional end-user learning needs while providing remediation of identified issues and continuous quality improvement activities.
