We are currently looking for a EPIC/CERNER Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Requirements

4â6 years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare IT.
Proven experience managing EPIC and/or Cerner projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Experience with project management tools .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
Experience with large-scale system implementations or migrations.
Background working with clinical or hospital environments.
Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
Must have experience working for US customers.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for EPIC/Cerner implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, clinical analysts, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates.
Oversee UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
