As an Application Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth. We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence – Prelude Analyst to join our team and lead critical optimization, implementation, and production support initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Epic Certifications: Cadence, Prelude, RTE and Welcome
  • 5+ years progressive experience in Epic application development including Optimization, Implementation and Production Support
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of optimization/project implementation including leading/facilitating meetings, time management, analyst build, testing, implementation, cross application team engagement
  • Proven ability and troubleshooting skills ensuring production support work is completed in a timely manner adhering to defined account SLAs
  • Experience in being a liaison with business operational leaders at all levels including directors
  • Strong experience with work queues, decision trees, Book It, Fast Pass
  • Strong experience with RTE query chaining/plan mapping
  • Strong documentation skills that include workflows, test scripts and tip sheets
  • Willingness to travel onsite to Providence Rhode Island as needed for onsite support, upgrades or meetings as needed (<10%)
  • Be available for On Call rotation with application team

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Epic Certifications: Campaigns, Call Management, and MyChart
  • Service Now incident, change and project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Epic optimization and implementation projects, including meetings, timelines, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide timely production support and troubleshooting to meet SLA commitments.
  • Act as a liaison with operational leaders at all levels, including directors.
  • Work extensively with Epic tools such as work queues, decision trees, Book It, and Fast Pass.
  • Handle RTE query chaining and plan mapping for efficient workflows.
  • Create detailed documentation, including workflows, test scripts, and tip sheets.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and travel onsite (<10%) for upgrades, support, or meetings.
