The Beaker Analyst I is hybrid and will require 3 days on site at one of the following Quest sites: Secaucus, NJ, Tampa, FL, Schaumburg, IL, Lenexa, KS, Addison, TX. Pay Range: $76,000 - 88,000, plus yearly bonus Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. The Epic Beaker Analyst supports the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Epic Beaker Application across one or more laboratory specialty areas. This role collaborates with laboratory and technology teams to optimize workflows, uphold system integrity and governance standards, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues that impact operations and patient insights. The Analyst demonstrates a strong understanding of laboratory processes and the order-to-cash workflow, collaborating with laboratory subject-matter experts and Epic Application stakeholders to ensure system design is accurate, efficient, compliant, and enhances the experience for patients, providers, and employees.
