The Epic Application Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the Epic applications, specifically focusing on Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, and Referrals. This role requires a strong understanding of the Epic system and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. The analyst will also be involved in configuring and managing patient/referral workqueues and ensuring the smooth operation of logistics within the Epic environment.

  • Support and optimize Epic applications including Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, and Referrals.
  • Provide strong customer service and communication to end-users.
  • Work independently as a self-starter to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Manage and configure patient/referral workqueues.
  • Assist in Epic place of service configuration and logistics.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience with Epic Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, Referrals, and SER.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Epic Security.
  • Experience with Epic patient/referral workqueues.
  • Experience in Epic place of service configuration.
  • Experience in Epic Logistics.
