This position is for an Epic Support Analyst with a primary focus on Revenue Cycle applications. The analyst will be responsible for triaging incoming tickets, resolving requests and incidents based on existing knowledge, and engaging with senior analysts for mentorship and ongoing development. Preferred qualifications include Epic certifications in Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Grand Central, and Prelude. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining knowledge of software functionality. Collaborates with business partners and peers to document business processes and requirements. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Informatics team supports the Electronic Health Record (EHR), including training and at the elbow support, Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS), and integrations. The IS Informatics team maintains responsibility for production support 24/7 for the business line.
