Epic Application Analyst I, Ambulatory
About The Position
Assists in implementation and support of the application and data integration managed by Information Services (IS). Provides routine application and technical support for the product line in addition to providing triage and troubleshooting assistance to the product clients. Monitors the systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity while escalating issues and problems as needed. Assists in systems analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration as well as testing and training of the product. Lastly, provides standardization direction for the product aligning the application version and workflow with current standards.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Epic Ambulatory Certification required within 6 months
- Must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations.
