The EPIC Application Analyst II - Patient Access is responsible for providing intermediate functional and technical support for the identified set of applications to a variety of business and clinical users. The role partners closely with operational and clinical stakeholders understand workflows, troubleshoot issued and design enhancements. This role is a key liaison for a variety of users and will coordinate all activities on behalf of the IS organization. Hybrid role - if local to DFW area- on-site 1x a week; in state of TX, on-site once a month; out of state candidate would need to come on-site 2x a year
