About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill an Epic Analyst - ADT & Clin Doc opening for our client in Philadelphia, PA. This position is remote and has a duration of 12+ months. The role involves analyzing, designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic applications, with a focus on ADT and Clin Doc functionality. The analyst will collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Epic framework. They will serve as the subject matter expert for Epic ADT and Clin Doc tools, participate in system upgrades, optimizations, and enhancements, and conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution related to Epic workflows and system functionality. Additionally, the analyst will create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures, work collaboratively with other Epic analysts, IT teams, and clinical departments to ensure effective integration and system performance, and provide training, support, and knowledge transfer to end users as needed.

Requirements

  • Current Epic certification(s) in ADT and Clin Doc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Epic systems with a focus on ADT and Clinical Documentation.
  • Proven track record in Epic build related to the Admission/Discharge suite of tools.
  • Experience with Epic upgrades, version migrations, and workflow redesign.

  • Clinical background (e.g., RN, RT, or other allied health profession).
