See yourself working for an industry leading healthcare provider as an Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst for our Connected Care product team, responsible for critical Population Health & consumer engagement experiences. Help develop solutions that make it easy for providers and patients to connect using digital tools. Collaborate with peers in an Agile Scrum development environment. Serve as a key contact to customers and a liaison to Allina Health, Optum and Information Services organization as related to systems support and integration of products. Play a primary support role in the development of strategic product integrations for key products and initiatives using customer feedback, stakeholder input, and data/analytics. As an Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst on the Connected Care product team, you will collaborate with product the team to ensure software is performing as expected based on strategy and user stories/requirements. You will help assess and create system and vendor requirements, fulfill system testing, support/maintain consumer care applications, standardize, and automate business processes in support of care providers and operations.
