You Are: Seeking a contractor to build and deploy Epic Ambulatory and Healthy Planet functionality for outpatient, ambulatory, and behavioral health service areas. The contractor will be developing solutions using Epic Ambulatory and Healthy Planet analytic tools and performing build and data validation within Epic's proof of concept, test, and support environments. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. Requirements

3+ years of experience
Epic Ambulatory Certification
Epic Healthy Planet Certification
Build and configuration experience

Responsibilities

Assess and optimize system designs through review and analysis of user needs.
Customize systems through system design and configuration to meet the changing business needs of the users; participate in the development of planning for remote hardware and communications facilities.
Coordinate and lead workflow design discussions, documentation of workflows, build & configuration, testing of the system, and analyze all associated issues
Develop, document, and facilitate execution of governance processes between business stakeholders and IT teams by building within the existing governance framework and committees.
These processes should accommodate the end-to-end process including request submission, budget/funding of requests, project estimates, approval, prioritization, project execution, and outcomes measurement.
