Requirements
- HS Diploma or higher and 2-4+ years of related experience
- MS Office knowledge required
- Work in a high volume semiconductor environment
- Familiarity with statistical process control
- Work in clean room environment. 12 hour swing shift. Night shift
- Must be able to operate in a cleanroom environment wearing attire designed for a Class 100 operations
- All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Corporate EHS standards.
- Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.

Responsibilities
- Support on-shift activities and deliver cross-shift passdowns
- Maintain run to run VCSEL/PD production on production reactors
- Run and read SPC charts
- Perform basic OCAPS.
- Perform additional characterization techniques as required
- Train operations in Work Instructions
- Assist Engineering with new workflows
- Assist Engineering with new process development
- Assist Engineering with data gathering and analysis
- Write new work instructions for Operations
- Work with other process areas if needed
