About The Position
As a Senior Business Analyst with EPCOR you will be responsible for SaaS product support, analysis, design, and execution of process improvements, including AMI (automated metering infrastructure) implementations. You will work closely and in-person with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, produce documentation including flowcharts and process narratives, and deliver solutions that enhance EPCOR's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires extensive interaction and collaboration with various areas of the organization.
