We are hiring a Full Time, Permanent position for EPCOR's Customer Care team. Reporting in person to one of our local offices in Arizona or New Mexico, the Customer Care Representative III will provide complex customer care support including premise creation, billing support and meter inventory. This role will also be part of the Conservation and Resolution Team, assisting customers with high usage concerns and resolution. Routine responsibilities will be to maintain customer accounts, ensure accurate billing, billing conflict resolution, service order creation, analyzing and resolving exception reports and researching and responding to customer complaints. Additionally, this role will be part of the weekly rotation assisting with EPCOR's Live Chat feature for customers.
