About The Position
EPCOR is hiring a full-time Distribution Foreman for our San Tan Valley District. Reporting to our office in San Tan Valley, AZ, this individual will provide first-line supervision over employees involved in installing, maintaining, and repairing water mains, services and overseeing and coordinating the daily Meter Reading and Field Service Representative operations to ensure billing of metered services and field customer service regulatory compliance; work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility under the general supervision of an Operations Manager/Distribution Supervisor who reviews work by making work site visits and analyzing job reports.
