Job Summary: The Supply Chain/Contracts Manager will be responsible for management of Supply Chain/Contracts personnel in all phases for a large Engineer, Procurement, Construction (EPC) project. Responsibilities include participating with the Project Management team in defining and developing the scope of work, and in preparing and coordinating procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets. You will ensure procurement operations comply with both SMSI and Project requirements during the course of EPC project execution.
