We are looking for a strong Engineering Project Manager/Engineering Manager to lead technical designs for Industrial EPC, design/Build projects. Our Industrial market has expanded over the last 5 years in terms of new clients, and new scopes of work into advanced technologies, including Data Centers, and Semiconductors. If you are looking to expand your industrial knowledge, forge new territories and manage complex EPC projects with large engineering/construction teams - we would love to talk with you. In this position you can make your mark on our growing Industrial projects, managing projects that make a difference to the communities and world around us. Our Engineering Project Managers report to the Executive VP of our Industrial business and focus on developing design solutions that seamlessly transition from design plans to completed projects that exceed client expectations and further Kiewit's legacy of excellence. As Engineering Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the project design through the final construction stages, managing and inspiring a team of committed and engaged - engineers and designers. You will interface with construction, estimating and scheduling on a regular basis to drive the project forward. By driving communication, providing technical expertise and establishing project goals, you'll help push the team to its greatest potential with a relentless passion for improvement, while delivering project success through scope, schedule and budget. Our projects are engineering driven, but construction led, so your understanding of construction execution will be keys to your success!
