About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of 3D cardiac mapping system experience or minimum of 8 years in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology or equivalent education and experience.
  • Demonstrate a technical aptitude and ability to discuss and explain complex technical product information.

Nice To Haves

  • NASPE/IBHRE CEPS certification.
  • Work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart procedures.
  • Existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system.
  • MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, EP mapping and recording systems, transeptal access technologies, and left atrial appendage occlusion technologies.
  • Attend procedures in cardiac CV/EP labs for clinical support and development of BSC AF Solutions products.
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of AF Solutions products through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs and demonstrate company products.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to facilitate future sales and identify key decision makers.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative solutions or collaborating with related personnel.
  • Demonstrate effective change leadership and build strategic partnerships across the organization.
  • Implement and monitor strategies outlined by the quarterly plan of action for the area.
  • Coordinate territory efforts with BSC sales management and representatives to build strategic partnerships.
  • Develop relationships with key referring physicians and other key stakeholders to promote market development.
  • Train on and maintain knowledge of clinical trial protocols and compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Manage clinical trial activity within the assigned territory, including Interest Visits and Site Initiation Visits.
  • Educate clinical investigators on clinical trial protocols and investigational products.
