EP Lab Tech (Full-Time)

Assists physicians during electrophysiology procedures, pacemaker/ICD insertions, radiofrequency ablation, and other miscellaneous procedures required by operating the electrophysiology recorder, hemodynamic monitoring computer and/or scrubbing for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures. Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.
Requirements
- Must possess one (1) of the following: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), IBHRE, CEPS (Certified Electrophysiology Specialist) and/or prior applicable training/experience in invasive cardiology and/or electrophysiology.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Thorough knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia interpretation.
- Must obtain advanced specialty certification within two years of hire date.
