About The Position
The STEM Specialist is responsible for providing academic support for specific STEM courses to students of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) at Cayuga Community College. This position aims to improve students' academic outcomes and increase their persistence, academic success, and retention in STEM pathways. The role is temporary and part-time, funded through a grant until July 2026, contingent on annual grant renewal. The position is located at the Auburn campus and involves working under the general direction of the EOP Director.
