Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an EOC Lead to support our program in Millington, TN. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. How Role will make an impact: Operate and maintain document capture systems, including Kofak Duplex Scanner and Kofax Ascent Capture. Administer and support enterprise collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Skype/Teams. Automate workflows and processes using UiPath to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Monitor and manage IT infrastructure using SolarWinds and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). Provide IT service management and support using System Center Service Manager (SCSM). Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Workstation environments. Create and maintain project documentation, workflows, and diagrams using Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions that align with business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise tools and systems.
