About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50 States, has immediate openings for multiple Environmental/Toxic Tort Attorneys with at least three years of substantive experience with our Northern California offices. These positions may present a remote (work from home) or hybrid opportunity. Do you want to handle high stakes litigation with cutting edge scientific issues? Requirements

• At least three (3) to eight (8) years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: CERCLA, RCRA, silica, talc & asbestos, nuisance & trespass, complex litigation, tort and products liability, general environmental and toxic tort.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle cases with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cannabis law.
