Test Technician - Environmental Test Chambers Key Responsibilities: Connect electrical systems of environmental test chambers according to wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering specifications. Perform start-up and functional testing of all chamber components including refrigeration, electrical, heating, humidification, and control systems. Verify proper operation of chambers, identifying and resolving issues before shipment. Troubleshoot and collaborate with engineering and assembly teams to troubleshoot and correct any functional discrepancies. Document test results, including temperatures, voltages, pressures, alarms, and any non-conformities found. Assist with final system calibration and adjustments to ensure performance meets design specifications. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical codes while performing testing activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.
